Since arriving in Burgos, I had only eaten tapas and always left the restaurante hungry. This was the first time I&#39;d had a real meal in the city. Delicious food! And I left the place very satisfied ????

Wine straight from the proprietor&rsquo;s bodegas, lechazo lamb fresh from the herds of old Castille and other local treats arrive cheerily at your table. The adjacent clean, comfortable hotel and nearby towns along the fabled Duero offer travellers a restful stop in the land immortalized by some of Spain&rsquo;s most notable poets and writers.
